Predicting glycan alterations in mammalian cells

I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Edinburgh achieving a 1st class MChem Hons. in pure Chemistry. My current research at the University of York investigates the role of the COG complex in vesicle trafficking at the Golgi apparatus using a combination of cell biology, mass spectrometry and computational modelling.

In my spare time I play rugby for York RUFC and enjoy walking my whippet/labrador cross, Fern.
