Students who complete their PhD as part of the BBSRC White Rose DTP go on to have successful careers in a variety of sectors, from staying in academic research to thriving in non-scientific roles. The DTP provides its students with the training, outreach and networking opportunities needed to pursue a range of career paths. We also invest significant effort into tracking the career destinations of students after graduation and use this to guide and inspire the next DTP students as they make their future career choices.
