About me

I graduated with a BSc in Biochemistry from the University of Manchester in 2017, and subsequently started my PhD here at the University of Leeds. I am a BBSRC-funded student working in the Astbury Centre for Structural Biology.

My project

I am developing a cell-based screen to test Affimer inhibitors of protein-protein interactions. I am currently using protein complementation and aggregation systems to modify assays for this novel function, in order to better characterise Affimer proteins developed.
